摘要
论述汽车覆盖件成形数值模拟涉及的关键技术,包括退化四节点壳单元应用、有限元计算模型建立、接触摩擦分析及显式时间积分方法等,给出了两个模拟实例。
The key technologies of computer simulation on the automobile panel forming pro cesses are discussed, including the building of fi nite element model, application of the degenerat ed four node shell element, solution of the prob lems of contact and friction, and the method of explicit time integration. The forming processes of two panels are simulated by computer.
