摘要
通过对国外农村卫生人力的分布、教育培训、资格准入和补偿机制等方面的研究,总结其可借鉴的经验,得出我国农村卫生人力改革的启示:制定规范的农村卫生人员的准入标准;完善高等医学学历教育,建立农村医学学历教育系列;建立激励机制,鼓励医务人员到农村去;建立农村卫生人力的保障体系,吸引和留住人才。
This paper through the rural health manpower abroad distribution, education and training, qualifications, access, compensation mechanism, and other areas of research on the basis of literature, aim to learn from the experience which can sum up the inspirations for reform of China's rural health manpower. The inspirations includes: develop a standardized access to rural health personnel standards, improve the higher medical qualification education and establish the rural medical education, establish incentive mechanism and rural health manpower security system to attract and retain qualified personnel.
