摘要
在介绍直接空冷系统运行特点的基础上,对直接空冷机组的控制逻辑进行了分析,并针对目前直接空冷系统在防冻、节能方面的控制策略的设计和技术改革提出了建议。针对空冷凝汽器冻结的主要原因,提出了控制运行参数,在停机过程中合理调整冷却风机组的运行方式,退出部分空冷凝汽器,投入旁路系统以增加空冷岛的进汽量等措施。
On the basis of introducing of direct air-cooled system, it analyzes the control logic, and makes suggestions of freezing and energy saving. Aiming at the primary freezing reason of direct air-cooled condenser (ACC), it give some measures for the operation characteristics and mode by adjusting cooling air rationality in the stopping unit, and improving the entering air of cooled-island by means of some ACC exiting and bypass system running.
