摘要
以安阳地区煤系高岭岩为原料,采用低温焙烧脱碳、酸洗除铁、煅烧工艺,使铁的去除率高,产品白度显著提高,制备出了白度大于90%的高档煅烧高岭土。本研究为高铁含量的安阳煤系高岭岩的工业利用,找到了途径。
The calcined kaolin with a whiteness of up to 90%, has been prepared with Anyang coal series kaolinite in Henan province. This fine kaolin was obtained by the following process: low-temperature calcinating (carbon removing), acid-washing (iron removing) and calcination. The whiteness of calcined kaolin was increased obviously. The research reported in this paper, has provided a new industrial application for Anyang coal series kaolinite with high ironcontent.
