摘要 根据图像失真会引起图像内视觉敏感系数变化的特点,提出了一种新的部分参考型图像质量评价方法.利用Contourlet分解实现对图像内视觉敏感系数的提取,通过统计比较失真图像和原始图像视觉敏感系数的关系,得到对失真图像的质量评价测度.实验结果表明,该方法与主观评价方法有很好的一致性,能很好地反映人们对人眼图像的视觉感知效果. Based on the characteristic that image distortion results in the change of visual sensitivity coefficients of image, a new reduced-reference (RR) image quality assessment metric is proposed. Contourlet is applied to extract the visual sensitivity coefficients of the image. Summarizing the difference of visual sensitivity coefficients between the distorted image and the reference image, we can get the measurement of the distorted image. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed method has a good consistency with the subjective assessment of human beings, and can reflect the visual perception of the image effectively.
