摘要
汽轮机故障诊断的核心是汽轮机振动信号处理。在现场采集的汽轮机振动信号是一个非线性非平稳信号,在使用传统的信号处理方法进行处理时都不能取得理想的效果。为了更加有效的对汽轮机振动信号进行处理,介绍了一种时频分析方法Hilbert-Huang变换,使用该方法对汽轮机振动信号进行分析,可以将故障信号从高频到低频逐个分解出来,从而根据故障信号特征频率进行汽轮机故障诊断。并且,通过仿真实验证明了使用该方法处理汽轮机振动信号可以取得较好的效果。
The key problem of turbine-generator unit fault diagnosis technology is vibration signal processing. The vibration signal of the turbine-generator unit is nonlinear and non-stationary in fact, traditional signal processing method can not get perfect result. In order to process it more effectively, Hilbert-Huang transform as a time-frequency analysis method was introduced'in this article. It can decompose the fault signal from the vibration signal of the turbine-generator one by one , ,so can be used to diagnose the turbine-generator fault according to the characteristic frequency of the fault signal. The simulation proves that the proposed method can get better result.
