摘要 研究了残余奥氏体含量对GCr15钢干滑动磨损行为的影响,通过热处理获得GCr15钢不同的残余奥氏体含量,在室温下进行了磨损试验试验结果表明,在低载荷下,残余奥氏体含量对耐磨性没有影响一定载荷范围内,随着残余奥氏体含量增加,耐磨性下降;再进一步增加载荷,随着残余奥氏体含量增加。 The effect of retained austenite of GCr15 steel on wear behavior of dry sliding is studied.Retained austenite of different content is obtained under heat treatment.All wear tests are carried out at room temperature.Experimental results show that the content of retained austenite has no effect on wear resistance in low load.Wear resistance in a zone of certain load decrease with the increase of the content of retained austenite.On the contrary,when the load is increased further,the wear resistance increases with the increase of the content of retained austenite.There is no relation in proportion between hardness and wear resistance.
