摘要
采用大型通用有限元程序ANSYS进行建模,对计算模型进行数值计算,并总结增阻效果和作用规律,经过模拟得出:增阻结构圈数是影响管土作用的主要因素,地表隆起变形随到工具管中心的距离增大而减小,隆起值随工具管的埋深增大而减小的结论。
The model of numerical Simulation was set up by ANSYS, and the law of the blocks of self-drive excavating machine can be got from the model calculation. Conclusions the loops of the blocks structure is the key factor to affect the resistance. The vertical deformation decreased when the distance to the center of the tube and the depth became large.
