摘要
通过对椭圆等距线方程的合理简化,将鼓形齿轮修形惯用的离线插补改进为在线直接实时插补,从而提高了数控系统的插补效率,增强了数控磨齿加工的实时性.
By reasonably simplifying the isometric equation of ellipse, the interpolation method for crown modification of cylindrical gear is improved due to its on line real time direct implementation instead of conventional off line one. In this way, interpolating efficiency of the CNC system is improved and realtime control ability of the CNC system is enhanced for tooth grinding of the gear.
