个性化健康教育对糖耐量减低患者血糖及生活方式的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨两种不同健康教育方法对糖耐量减低患者血糖控制及不良生活方式改变的影响。方法选择已确诊的糖耐量减低患者100例,随机分为实验组(50例)和对照组(50例)。实验组采用个性化健康教育.对照组采用集体健康教育。评价健康教育1年后两组患者的血糖控制及不良生活方式改变情况。结果实验组患者血糖控制及不良生活方式改变均显著优于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对糖耐量减低患者实施个性化健康教育.可以有效地降低血糖租糖尿病的发病率,减轻家庭和社会的经济负担,提高其生活质量。 Objective To discuss the value of health education in blood glucose control and improvement of the quality of life in patients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods One hundred patients with impaired glucose tolerance were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and the patients in the former group received individualized health education and those in the other group had collective health education. One year after the education, the two groups were evaluated comparatively for blood glucose control and changes in undesirable life styles. Results One year after the education program, the patients in the observation group showed significantly better blood glucose control and higher rates of conversion of unhealthy behaviors than the control patients( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Individualized health education can more effectively help control blood glucose in patients with impaired glucose tolerance to prevent the onset of diabetes, and therefore improve their quality of life.
