摘要
基于Motorola单片机设计了一种步进电机高低压驱动系统。该驱动系统采用电流检测反馈控制方法解决了步进电机的发热问题,采用整步变速方法,提高了步进电机的变速性能。实验表明,该驱动系统具有电路简单,工作可靠性和自动化水平都高等优点。详细介绍了所设计驱动系统的驱动电路、硬件与软件组成,并对该系统进行了实验研究,给出了相应的实验结果。
The paper designs a double-voltage driving system of step-motor based on Motorola singlechip.The driving system solved the problem of step-motors' generating heat through current test and feedback,and realized the capability of shifting gears through introducing whole-pace shifting method.The experiment indicates that the driving system's circuit is simple,and works well, and its automaticity level is high.The paper introduces the driving circuit,hardware and software's composition of the driving system in detail.System experiment wave and the result analysis are given.
