摘要
为进一步提高泄洪闸门的工作可靠性及自动化程度,在原系统的基础上,提出用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)及变频调速技术,利用水位开关信号对闸门启闭机实行自动变速控制。介绍了本系统的工作原理,并对其进行了总体设计和自动控制系统设计。经调试、运行证明,该系统方案可行、简单且易于实现。该方法具有普遍意义,可广泛用于闸门的控制。
In order to advance the working dependability and automatization degree, on the base of original system, a plan of controlling flood discharge gate by the water level signal with PLC and frequency control of motor speed technology is put forward, and the working principles and the logical process of this system, and the overall design and the design of autocontrol system are presented. The programme of control system has been edited and debugged, and the system has run successfully, the project of system is proved to be feasible, simple and easy to be realized. The method is general, can be used to control gate widely.
