摘要
目的观察氢溴酸右美沙芬缓释胶囊的镇咳作用及镇咳作用时间。方法用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法、小鼠氨水引咳法观察其长效镇咳作用。结果氢溴酸右美沙芬缓释胶囊镇咳作用可持续4h。结论氢溴酸右美沙芬缓释胶囊具有持久而有效的镇咳作用。
Objective To evaluate the antitussive action of dextromethorphan Sustained-Release capsules. Methods Dextromethorphan Sustained-Release capsules of lasting antitussive were observed by acid citric induced cough model of guinea pig. ammonia water induced cough model of mouse. Results Dextromethorphan Sustained-Release capsules of antitussive action last 4 hours. Conclusion Dextromethorphan Sustained- Release capsules has lasting and operative antitussive action.
