自制混合血浆作几项凝血室内质控物的分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的动态观察自制混合血浆在临床凝血三项室内质控的结果。方法选取新鲜血浆100份,以109mmol/L枸橼酸钠抗凝,抗凝剂与血的比例为1∶9,1h内分离血浆,3000r/min离心10min,取上层血浆混匀配制成混合血浆,0.5ml独立分装,置-20℃保存备用。使用参考血浆在同等条件下平行检测,比较其差异性。结果自制混合血浆与参考血浆检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论自制混合血浆在-20℃冰箱保存情况下,20d保存期内,几项血凝参数均在稳定的水平内,且制备成本低廉,便于推广应用。建议使用自制混合血浆作为凝血室内质控,定有效期为20d。 Objective Dynamic observation made in the hybrid plasma coagulation of three internal quality control results. Methods Selection of fresh frozen plasma 100-109 mmol/L sodium citrate anticoagula- tion,anticoagulants and blood ratio was 1 : 9,1 h plasma separation,3 000 r/min 10 min centrifugation,plasma from the upper hybrid blending the preparation of plasma,0.5 ml independent-packing,home-20℃ for backup. The use of plasma in reference to the parallel detection under the same conditions, compare their differences. Resuits Made reference plasma and plasma mixed results,the difference was not significant,P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Self-made hybrid plasma kept at-20℃ refrigerator circumstances, preservation of the period of 20 days, several coagulation parameters were in a stable level, and of low cost, ease of application. The proposed as a selfmade hybrid plasma coagulation internal quality control, will be valid for 20 days.
