摘要
针对组分复杂、色度较高的酱油废水,采用A/O一体化曝气生物滤池进行处理,研究了该反应器处理酱油废水的运行参数及降解动力学。结果表明:采用以废弃物煤渣为主的混合填料,能有效去除废水中的有机物和色度。当水力负荷为1.12m^3/(m^2·h),容积负荷为0.15~0.43kgCOD/(m^3·d)的条件下,反应器的COD去除率能维持在75%~85%之间,色度去除率均在80%以上,最高达到了93.3%;当容积负荷小于0.27kgCOD/(m^3·d)时,出水的各项指标能达到(GB8978-1996)的一级排放标准。根据试验结果,反应器O段的降解动力学可表达为Se/S0=exp(-1.0125H)。
The sauce wastewater has complex components and high chroma characteristics. An anaerobic/aerobic integrate biological aerated filter (BAF) reactor was used to treat the sauce wastewater. The technologic parameters and the kinetics of organic matter degradation of the anaerobic/aerobic integrate BAF reactor were discussed. The results showed that the organic pollutants and chroma in the wastewater could be removed effectively with waste coal cinders used as most filter fillings in the reactor. The removal rates of COD and chroma of anaerobic/aerobic integrate BAF reactor were attained between 75% - 85% and above 80.0% , even to 93.3% respectively, with the hydraulic load and volume loadings were 1.12 m^3/(m^2 · h) and 0. 15 - 0. 43 kg COD/ (m^3 · d) respectively. Moreover, when the volume loadings was below 0. 27 kg COD/(m^3 · d), the obtained effluent was good enough to meet the requirement of Class Ⅰ in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard GB8978-1996. The kinetic model of organic degradation of the aerated filter in the anaerobic/aerobic integrate BAF reactor could be described as Se/S0 = exp( - 1. 0125H).
