摘要
目的探讨BCSG1蛋白在乳腺癌与癌旁组织中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测196例浸润性乳腺癌、15例癌旁导管不典型增生病变及10例正常乳腺组织中BCSG1蛋白的表达情况,同时分析浸润性乳腺癌组织BCSG1蛋白表达与病理组织学分级的关系。结果10例正常乳腺组织导管上皮仅见1例表达,占10%(1/10)。癌旁导管不典型增生和浸润性乳腺癌BCSG1蛋白的高表达分别为73.3%、61.7%,正常乳腺组织导管上皮、癌旁导管不典型增生及浸润性导管癌组织间的BC-SG1蛋白的表达均有显著差异(P〈0.01);而癌旁导管不典型增生组织中的表达与浸润性乳腺癌间的表达无显著差异(P〉0.05),进一步发现BCSG1蛋白的表达与浸润性乳腺癌的病理组织学分级有关。结论BCSG1蛋白在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起着一定的作用,且有可能成为乳腺癌的早期诊断和预测预后的双重指标。
Objective To explore the significance of BCSG1 expression in breast cancer and lesions in breast tissues adjacent to breast cancers. Methods The expression of BCSG1 was comparatively studied in in-vasive breast carcinoma (196 cases) ,atypical ductal epithelial hyperplasia adjacent to cancers(15 cases) and normal control breast tissue( 10 cases) by SP immunohistochemical method and the clinical pathological significances of BCSG1 expression in invasive breast cancer were analyzed. Results Among the 10 cases normal breast tissues,only 1 case showed positive expression of BCSG1 protein in some duetal and glandular epithelia ( 10% ) ,while the positive expression rate was 80% in atypical hyperplasia adjacent to cancer and 61.7% in invasive breast carcinoma,which were significantly higher than that of normal control(P〈0.01). No statistical difference in the expression of BSCG1 between dysplasia and invasive cancer was found. The expression of BC-SG1 at protein level was related with the pathological grade of invasive breast carcinoma. Conclusion The expressions of BCSG1 in invasive breast carcinoma and ductal epithelial dysplasia adjacent to cancer were all significantly higher than that of normal breast tissue,suggestting that BCSG1 may play a putative role in the carci-nogenesis of breast cancer.
