摘要
技术的创新、吸收和扩散过程中面临较高的交易成本,为此,本文从专业化和交易成本的角度来理解国家创新体系。首先,通过考察专业化带来的技术创新收益与交易成本之间的冲突,提出一个研究国家创新体系与经济增长之间关系的框架;然后,以1871年德国统一后的发展为例,按照上述框架考察了国家创新体系的调整对经济增长的促进作用;最后,根据这一框架分析了国家创新体系比较研究中的一些问题。
There is high transaction cost in process of the innovation, absorption and diffusion of knowledge, and then this paper will study national system of innovation in view of specialization and transaction cost. Firstly, this paper presents a theoretical framework about national system of innovation in order to comprehend the relation among national system of innovation, specialization, transaction cost, total factor productivity and innovation. Then, we give an example of the development of Germany after the year of 1871 to illustrate the framework above. Finally, according to the framework this paper presents and analyzes some questions appearing in the studies of national system of innovation.
