摘要
该文报导了６种碳源、６种氮源、８个温度梯度、５个培养料含水量、５个ｐＨ值梯度、４个固体配方对磷腿长根金钱菌菌丝生长的影响。试验表明，鳞腿长根金钱菌最好的碳源是红糖，其次为麦芽糖、葡萄糖；最好的氮源为蛋白胨，其次为牛肉膏、酵母膏；最适培养温度是２５℃；最佳培养料含水量为６５％～７０％；最适ｐＨ值为５．５，其次６．５；固体培养基配方以木屑、梯籽壳作主料，添加适量的麸皮等物为宜。
This paper reported the result of various nutrients and conditions affecting mycelial growth of Collybia radicate. It shows the main biological character of Collybia radicate. Peptone is the best nitrogen source of it, and then beef exract and succharomycete extract. Brown sugar is the best carbon source, and then malt sugar and glucose. The most suitable temprature of it is 25℃. The best water content is 65%～70%。 The most suitable pH value is 5 5, and then 6 5 It's solid culture medium obtains wood bits and cottonseed shell, if some wheat bran are added to, it will be better.
