摘要
目的了解肇庆市近年来的食物中毒发生情况,提出相应预防控制措施。方法收集2002—2006年该市食物中毒的调查报告资料进行统计分析。结果共发生53起食物中毒,中毒人数426人;以细菌引起的食物中毒居高,占56.60%;最多发病季节为每年第3季度,发生的食物中毒占52.83%。结论该市在集体食堂里发生的食物中毒有上升趋势,加强监督力度和宣传教育是预防食物中毒的关键措施。
[ Objective ] To know the situation of food poisonings in Zhaoqing in recent years and provide preventive measures for the prevention and control, [ Methods] Data in food poisoning investigation was collected during 2002--2006 and statistic analysis was made. [ Results] 53 cases of food poisoning took place with 426 persons poisoned; 56.60% of the food poisonings was induced by bacteria; the third quarter of each year had the peak incidence of food poisoning which occupied 52.83% of the total poisonings. [ Conclusion] Food poisonings in the collective dining halls are proved to have an increasing tendency; supervision and health education should be enhanced in order to prevent the attack of food poisoning.
