摘要
目的:建立控制通脉胶囊质量的方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。采用色谱柱ZorbaxRP-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇:水=75:25(v/v);流速:0.8mL/min;波长254nm;柱温:25℃。结果:通脉胶囊中葛根素和丹参酮分离良好,葛根素线性范围是22.5μg/mL-225μg/mL,r=0.9997。丹参酮线性范围为16.5μg/mL-165μg/mL,r=0.9998。结论:该方法准确可靠,可用于控制通脉胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish the method of controlling the quality of Tongmai granules. Method: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. Column : Zobax RP - C18 Chromatography column ( 150mm×4.6mm,5μm ) ; mobile phase : methanol - water ( 75 : 25 ) ; flow speed : 0.5 mL/min ; λ = 254nm. Column temperature 25 %. Result : There was good linear relationship at the ranges of 22.5μg/mL - 225μg/mL, r = 0. 9997 and 16.5μg/mL - 165μg/ mL, r= 0.9998 for puerarin and tanshinone, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, stable and accurate, so it could be used to quality standards for Tongmai Granules.
