摘要
遗传转化可以广泛利用外源基因,定向改变百合的性状,创造新的品种。对百合遗传转化再生体系的建立、遗传转化载体的构建、遗传转化方法的选择和应用以及转基因植株的检测方法等方面的研究进展进行了综述,有助于加深对百合遗传转化的认识,进一步扩大遗传转化技术的应用范围。
The genetic transformation can be used in creation of new plant varieties by using foreign genes to directly change the agronomic characteristics. The paper summarizes the research progress on genetic transformation system including the establishment of genetic transformation regeneration system and genetic transformation vector, selection and application of genetic transformation method and identification of transgenic plants, which can enlarge the application range of genetic transformation technique by deepening our knowledge about genetic transformation in lily.
