摘要
600 MW火电机组锅炉连排水、汽水化验站人工取样和在线化学仪表排水、投运除盐设备时的冲洗排水的电导率只有10μS/cm左右,相当于一级除盐水,如果当作一级除盐水回收比当作工业水回收,产生的效益高10倍;辅机冷却器的材质差于凝汽器的材质,将制约循环水浓缩倍率控制上限的提高,影响节水减排。清污分流、梯级利用、化害为利、消除瓶颈才能实现效益更大化。
Conductivity of boiler continuous blowdown drainage was only about 10μS/cm,that was the same to manual sample of aerated water assay station ,drainage of on-line chemistry instrument and wash drainage as desalinization equipment put into service. These discharge water was similar to first degree desalinization water. If these water was reused as first degree desalinization water but not industrial water, benefit rewarded from this process was 10 times. In the other hand, maximum concentration ratio of circulatimg water was limited due to less quality of accessory cooler than condenser and thus influenced water saving and effluents reducing. Using countermeasures such as dividing clear flow and dirt flow,stepping utilization, changing disadvantage to advantage and eliminating choke point would be helpful to gain the best benefit.
