摘要
介绍了氯化汞触媒回收利用现状,我国每年实际产汞量约1100t,用汞总量为1100~1500t,在PVC行业中每年用汞总量为700-900t、流失量却在560t以上;分析了氯化汞触媒流失的方向;提出了回收氯化汞触媒的可行性方法及建议。
The current situation of recovery and utilization of used mercuric chloride catalysts were introduced. In China, the average mercury output was 1 100 t/a and total consumption was 1 100-1 500 t/a,700-900 t/a mercury was consumed in PVC industry and more than 560 t/a mercury was lost. The loss routes of mercuric chloride catalysts were analyzed. The feasible methods and suggestions for the recovery of mercuric chloride catalysts were proposed.
