摘要 研究了由地沟油制备生物柴油的工艺,通过正交试验得到地沟油预酯化反应的最佳条件是:浓硫酸用量为2%、甲醇用量为16%、反应温度75℃、反应时间4 h;地沟油酯交换反应的最优工艺条件是:甲醇20%、KOH用量1%、反应温度65℃、反应时间2 h,且制备所得的生物柴油达到国家生物柴油标准要求。 The technics of biodiesel preparation with waste oil is introduced. The reaction conditions are optimized by orthogonal experiments. It is proved that the best conditions for esterification are 2% of H2SO4 as catalyst,16% of methanol,75℃ of reaction temperature and reacting for 4 hours. The optimum reacting conditions obtained for tranesterification are 20% of methanol, 1% of KOH dosage,65℃ of reaction temperature and reacting for 2 hours. The major properties of biodiesel accord with those of the biodiesel standard.
