摘要 目的探讨成人血清FT3,FT4,TSH随年龄增长而发生的变化,以及有无性别差异。方法对体检中心筛选符合标准的体检人员180人,测定其游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3),游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4),促甲状腺素(TSH)。结果FT3在20-69岁间以每年0.77%的速度逐渐下降,FT4以每年0.87%的速度逐渐下降,TSH在20~39岁间无明显改变,40岁后以每年1.72%的速度逐渐上升。男性组的FT3,FT4较女性组的高,而TSH较女性组低,且统计学有意义。结论FT3,FT4随着年龄的增长逐渐下降,TSH于40岁后逐渐增加;男性FT3,FT4较女性高,TSH较女性组低。 Objective To investigate the age-related changes of serum FT3 , FT4, TSH, and the effect of gender on them. Methods Sera were obtained from 87 males and 93 females ( age 20 to 69 years) in the medial examination certer. Testing their serum free triidothyronine ( FT3 ) , free thyroxin ( FT4 ), thyrotropic-stimulating hormone (TSH). Results FT3, FT4 progressively decreased from 20 to 69 years, FT3 decreased at the rate of 0.77% per year, FT4 decreased at the rate of 0.87% per year; TSH didn't chang from 20 to 39 years, and progressively increased with aging by 1.72% per year after 40 years. The males had higher FT3 ,FT4 and lower TSH than the females. Conclnsion This cross-section study susgests FT3 , FT4 progressively decrease with aging, TSH progressively increase after 40 years. The males had higher FT3 , FT4 , and lower TSH than the females.
