用Solid Edge在AutoCAD中绘制齿轮渐开线

摘要 AutoCAD软件具有强大的二维绘图功能,普及面大,但在绘制一些曲线时显示出了局限性。在AutoCAD中绘制标准渐开线齿轮轮廓时,由于误差大,计算繁琐,给绘图工作带来了很多不便。鉴于此,可利用SolidEdge强大的三维造型功能,较为方便地生成所需大小的齿轮,再将两个软件的图形文件进行转换,这样就可快速准确地画出渐开线齿轮齿廓。二维工程图软件利用三维实体造型软件生成满足要求的多种曲线,既方便快捷,又精度高,这不失为机械设计中的一种有效方法。 AutoCAD has powerful function in two-dimensional drawing, which is used in design widely. But it has limitation in drawing some curves. It is discussed in this paper that because of the ,large error and fussy calculation it is much inconvenient in drawing standard involute gear's contour with AutoCAD. It can be solved by using the powerful function of Solid Edge in three- dimensional modelling to creat gear first then convert it into the graphics file of AutoCAD and the involute gear's contour can be drawn quickly and accurately. It is a kind of efficient method in machine design to creat the manifold curves in the two-dimensional design software by using the three-dimensional modelling software ,which can meet the demands satisfactorily. This kind of method may be more convenient and exact.
