晚期氧化蛋白产物与慢性肾脏病相关研究进展

摘要 晚期氧化蛋白产物(advanced oxidmion protein products,AOPP)是近年来新发现的一种敏感的氧化应激标志物之一,作为尿毒症毒素分子和促炎症反应介质并具有一定的生物学活性,参与慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)临床一些并发症的发生发展过程,降低CKD患者体内AOPP水平及改善氧化应激状态成为当今国内外研究的热点。
