妊娠中期检测血AFP和游离绒毛膜促性腺激素对唐氏综合征筛查的临床研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的对妊娠中期孕母血清生化标志物筛查唐氏综合征进行临床研究。方法对我院8350例妊娠14-20周孕妇进行血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)和游离绒毛膜促性腺激素(free--βHCG值)检测,切割值为1∶300,对高风险者行羊水检查。结果唐氏综合征高风险396例,筛查阳性率4.74%,其中异常5例。唐氏综合征高风险组胎儿异常的发生率高于唐低综合征低风险组(P<0.05)。≥35岁组孕妇唐氏综合征高风险率大于<35岁组(P<0.05)。结论AFP及free--βHCG值可用于妊娠14-20周孕妇筛查唐氏综合征。 Objective To study the biochemical criterion of mid trimester of pregnancy for screening Down' s syndrome. Methods To detecting the blood level of AFP and free-β-HCG of 8350 pregnancy women between 14 - 20 weeks of our hospital. Cutting numerical value is 1 : 300. Did the amniotic fluid examination for high risk women. Results The pregnancy women with high risk are 396 patients. The active screening rate is 4.74%, including 5 women with Down' s syndrome fetus. In the group of pregnancy women with high risks of Down's syndrome,the unwonted fetus originating rate is higher than the lower risks women ( P 〈 0.05). The pregnancy women' s age is equal or older than 35ys old has high risk of Down' s syndrome than younger women. ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion AFP and free-β-HCG can be used to screening Down' s syndrome between 14 - 20 weeks of pregnancy women.
