摘要
通过模拟实验研究了不同用量腐殖酸-尿素络合物(腐脲)在不同时间内对尿素分解和NH4+-N硝化的抑制作用。结果表明:当腐脲用量为尿素量的10%时对脲酶的抑制作用最强,用量超过20%反而对脲酶有促进作用;当腐脲用量为尿素量的15%时对NH4+-N硝化的抑制率最高;在培养42 d时15%腐脲用量处理土壤无机态氮含量最高;在第112 d时腐脲用量超过15%的处理无机态氮含量明显高于其他处理,氮素损失量明显低于其他处理。
A simulation experiment was conducted to study the effect of different application amounts of humic acid-urea complex on urea decomposition and NH4^+-N nitrification inhibition at different time periods. Results show that when used humic acid-urea complex amount reaches 10% of total urea, urease inhibition is strongest, and if humic acid-urea complex is in excess of 20%, a promoting action of urease is observed. When used humic acid-urea complex is 15% of urea, NH4^+-N nitrification inhibition is strongest. Soil inorganic nitrogen content is highest at the 42^ed day under 15% treatment. Inorganic nitrogen content under treatment of humic acid-urea complex in excess of 15% is obviously higher than in other treatments at the 112^ed day, and the quantity of nitrogen loss markedly drops as compared with other treatments.
