摘要
温冷复合成形是一种高效、高质量、低成本的先进工艺,具有节约原材料、节省机械加工工时等优点。本文针对一种异形零件的工艺特点进行了分析,零件形状复杂,侧面精度要求较高。采用有限元模拟方法,对预成形坯料进行了优化设计,克服了常见的成形缺陷。经过工艺实验验证,支承体锻件温冷复合成形效果良好,表面粗糙度达Ra1.6-Ra3.2,尺寸精度IT11-IT12。金相显微组织显示,成形件组织均匀细小,无明显的组织缺陷,实验结果满足零件的技术要求,该工艺有着广泛的应用前景。
Warm and cold combined deformation is an advanced technique which has the advantages of high efficiency, high quality, low cost and saving raw materials and man-hours. The characteristics of the deformation of the complex abnormal part with complex shape and high side accuracy requirement were analyzed. The optimization design of pre- formed billet was made with the method of finite element simulation to overcome the common deficiency during the forming. Validated with the experiment, the effect of the supporting forging is good, the roughness of surface reaches Ral. 6-Ra3.2 and the dimensional accuracy is IT11-IT12. The metallurgical structure shows that the structure of forging is uniform and tiny without evident defects. This result can meet all requirements of the part and this technique can be broadly applied in the future.
