摘要
目的:建立测定当归中阿魏酸含量的 HPLC 法。方法:采用 Symmetry C_(18)柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸三氢钾溶液(17:83,以磷酸调节 pH=2.50),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长322 nm,温度:35℃。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.05~0.13μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);半均回收率(n=5)为101.1%,RSD 为3.3%。结论:该方法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重复性好。
Objective:To establish an RP- HPLC for quantitative determination of ferulic acid in Radix Angelicae Sinensis. Methods:Ferulic acid was performed on Symmetry C18 column(4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.02 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer solution( 17: 83, adjusted to pH = 2.50 with phosphoric acid) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min^-1 ,detected at 322 nm and column temperature 35 ℃. Results :The good linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 05 -0. 13 μg, r = 0. 9998. The average recovery( n = 5 ) was 101.1%,and relative standard deviation was 3.3%. Conclusion:This method is testified to be simple, accurate, sensitive and the reproducibility is good.
