摘要
围绕《中国药典》和相关国家标准有关贴膏剂(贴剂)粘着力和测定方法的规定展开讨论。通过对贴膏剂(贴剂)黏性基本特征的分析,论述了贴膏剂(贴剂)粘着力的本质和特性,进一步明确了初粘力、粘着力、内聚力和粘基力的概念;通过对初粘力(滚球法)、持粘力和剥离强度测定方法的解析,论述了测定过程中各种力的性质和作用,以及存在的各种问题。对开展粘着力测定方法标准化研究提出了建议,并介绍了一种设计科学合理、测定过程规范、符合标准化要求的方法。
It discussed about the requirements of adhesion and test methods of cataplasma or patches based on ChP and National Specifications. It made the research on the adhesion of cataplasma or patches to elaborate their nature and properties, and to lead to the definitions of original adhesion, adhesion, cohesion and primarily adhesive power. The character and functions of different forces and several questions were mentioned, according to the study of original adhesion （rolling ball）, holding adhesive power and peel off strength in the test. It made some suggestions which were about to standardize the test method of adhesion. A new method was introduced that was scientific, logical, normal in testing, process, and fit for the standardized requirements.
