摘要
介绍孙建华主任辨治肠易激综合征的临床经验。认为肠易激综合征是以脾(肾)虚为本、气滞为标的本虚标实之疾,日久多寒热错杂,虚实互见,脾虚是贯穿本病的一个基本病理过程;治疗以调补脾肾、调中化滞为法,并强调饮食调养。
This article introduces professor Sun Jianhua＇s clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）. It is argued that IBS is caused by spleen-kidney deficiency and stagnation of qi. In a long time, the pathologic changes of IBS are frequently produced by the intermingling of the cold syndrome and heat syndrome, deficiency and excess. But the most important is the deficiency of the spleen. Its treatment concentrates on nourishing spleen and kidney, regulating middle energizer and dissolving distension, combination with diet therapy.
