摘要
以抗旱性不同的2个草坪草品种高羊茅Festuca arumdinacea交战二号和黑麦草Lolium perenne卡特为试验材料,用不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG6000)对2种幼苗进行根际渗透胁迫。以叶片相对含水量、叶片的相对电导率以及根冠比为生理指标,分别对两者的抗渗透胁迫能力进行鉴定,结果表明了交战二号的抗性较强而卡特的抗性较弱。
Two turfgrasses, Crossfire Ⅱ (Festuca arundinacea ) and Cutter (Loliurn perenne) with different drought resistance were used to identify the ability against the osmotic stress. After the root system of seedling was treated with PEG6000 solution (two concentrations), the relative water content and relative conductivity of leaf, and the ratio of root to shoot were measured. The results showed that drought resistance of Crossfire Ⅱ was stronger than Cutter.
