硒化合物诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 硒化合物具有显著的抗癌作用,其抗癌作用是通过多种机制产生的。诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡是其抗癌作用最主要的一个方面,硒化合物可以通过氧化应激、ROS介导、调控癌基因和抑癌基因的表达、调节细胞周期相关蛋白及酶的表达、激活caspase系列酶等途径来诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。此文综述硒化合物诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡机制的研究现状与进展。
