摘要 利用失重挂片实验、硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)实验方法,结合EDS分析技术研究了抗硫钢中含有的几种化学元素对H_2S/CO_2腐蚀的影响。研究表明:Mo和Ni含量的升高可以提高抗硫钢在高温下的耐均匀腐蚀性,Cr元素含量的增加,更有效地提高了低温下的抗蚀性能;材料化学成分及含量是影响抗硫钢在H_2S/CO_2环境下的腐蚀速率随温度变化规律的主要因素之一;合金元素Mn,Ni和Cr等元素含量的提高一般可以改善抗硫钢耐均匀腐蚀性能,但对硫化氢应力腐蚀不利。 The impact of chemical elements in sulfur- resistant steel on H2 S/CO2 corrosion was analyzed by coupon test, SSCC test and EDS. The study indicated that higher Mo and Ni in the sulfur - resistant steel would enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel at high temperature, and higher Cr in the steel would improve its low - temperature corrosion - resistance performance. The chemical elements and their contents in steel material is one of the major factors affecting the corrosion rate of sulfur - resistant steels at different temperatures in H2 S/CO2 environment. The increase of alloy element Mn, Ni and Cr etc would improve the full corrosion - resistance performance of sulfur - resistant steels but could not improve their resistance to SSC.
