摘要
目的采用毛细管气相色谱法测定哮喘胶囊中吗啡的含量,建立哮喘胶囊质量控制体系。方法以邻苯二甲酸二正壬酯(DNP)为内标,石英毛细管柱SE-54(30m×0.32mm×0.32μm)为固定相,氮气为载气,FID检测器。结果在该色谱条件下,吗啡在0.080~0.801mg·ml^-1的浓度范围内线性关系良好(r〉0.9995);平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为2.6%。结论该方法简单、灵敏、快速、回收率和重现性好,可以作为哮喘胶囊的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish a GC method for determination of Morphine in Xiaochuan Capsules by gas chromatography. Methods DNP was used as the internal standard substance . The GC system consisted of Capillary column, SE - 54 (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.32μm)as the stationary phase, nitrogen as the carrier gas, and FID as the detector. Results Morphine had a good linearity within the range of 0. 080 - 0.801 mg · ml ^-1 under the chromatographic condition; the mean recovery of morphine was 99.4%, and RSD was 2.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and rapid with satisfactory recoveries and reproducibilities.
