五倍子醇提液对假单胞铜绿杆菌生物膜的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的研究五倍子醇提液对假单胞铜绿杆菌生物膜的影响。方法采用试管对倍稀释法测定五倍子醇提液对假单胞铜绿杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(Minimal Inhibitory Concentration,MIC)。采用平板改良体外复制假单胞铜绿杆菌生物膜模型,并检测五倍子醇提液的不同MIC浓度对假单胞铜绿杆菌生物膜的影响作用。结果五倍子醇提液对假单胞铜绿杆菌的MIC为31.25 mg/ml,1.5倍的MIC(46.8 mg/ml)能使生物膜活菌数明显减少,但不能完全清除生物膜上的细菌,2倍的MIC(62.5 mg/ml)对细菌生物膜有完全清除作用。结论五倍子对铜绿假单胞菌生物膜有清除效应,但还需要进行临床用药研究。 Objective To study the effects of ethanol - extract of G. chinensis on P. aeruginosa Biofilm. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was tested by double dilution, and P. aeruginosa biofilm was induced in vitro by improved Brownplate method. The effects of ethanol - extract of G. Chinensis in different MIC on P. aeruginosa biofilm were determined . Results The MIC of ethanol -extract of G. chinensis to P. aeruginosa was 31.25mg/ml, 1.5MIC(46.8mg/ml) of Galla Chinensis decoction coulde obviously reduce the amount of bacteria on P. aeruginosa biofilm, and 2MIC (62.5 mg/ml) had the eliminating effect on it. Conclusion Galla Chinensis has the eliminating effect on P. aeruginosa Biofilm, which still need clinical research.
