正交实验法优选护肝康片中水飞蓟素纯化工艺

摘要 目的优选护肝康片中水飞蓟总黄酮最佳纯化工艺。方法在考察纯化方法的前提下,采用正交实验法,以提取物中总黄酮量和水飞蓟宾的量为考察指标,考察影响水飞蓟素纯化因素。结果水飞蓟总黄酮最佳纯化工艺为采用8%浓缩液,3倍量体积醋酸乙酯萃取2次,10 min/次。结论优选的水飞蓟总黄酮纯化工艺稳定可行。 Objective To optimize the purification process of total flavonoids from Silybum marianum. Methods On the premise of the best purification method, orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of silymarin purification with the contents of total flavonoids and silybin as index. Results The optical conditions were as follows :3 times amount of ethyl acetate, 8% concentrated solution, extracting 2 times, 10 minuters each time. Conclusion The optimum purification technology of total flavonoids from Silybum marianum is stable and feasible.
