摘要
针对在中储式制粉系统烟煤锅炉中大比例掺烧褐煤时制粉系统容易出现爆炸、干燥出力不足以及因混煤热值降低影响锅炉带大负荷等问题,提出了在锅炉转向室抽取热炉烟掺入制粉系统的改造方案.试验结果表明:该方案成功地解决了上述问题,建议磨煤机入口负压保持在750~850Pa,并应用灰色关联综合评判法,对不同掺烧比例混煤的综合性能进行评价,得出掺混比例为1:1的混煤综合性能最好,实现了大比例掺烧褐煤的目标.
A retrofit solution of mixing hot flue gas extracted from reversing chamber into the coal pulverizing system is proposed so as to prevent the problems of the bituminous boiler caused by lignite blending in the bin and feeder coal pulverizing system, such as coal powder explosion, insufficient drying and undercapacity etc. due to the decreasing heating value of the blended coal. The test results show that it is practicable with subatmospheric pressure of mill inlet is kept between --750 Pa and --830 Pa. Comprehensive properties of the blended coals are analyzed by grey relation analysis method. It is indicated that the comprehensive property of the blended coal is the best when the blending ratio of lignite and bituminous is 1 : 1.
