摘要
阐述了共享服务中心的概念及起源;对人力资源管理共享服务的组织框架及运营模式进行了具体阐述,提出这一新的人力资源管理模式在现阶段面临的挑战及有待继续研究探讨的问题。
The concept and origin of the Shared Service Center was introduced. The organization structure and the operating model of Human Resource Shared Service Center were also expounded. The challenges and some topics for future studies in HRSSC were put forward.
