摘要
研制了一种游梁式抽油机用变频调速控制装置,输入电压三相380V,大功率IGBT作为主电路开关器件;控制电路以专用脉宽调制芯片SA866AE为核心。该装置采用三相正弦脉宽调制方式,最大输出功率55kW,输出电压频率0~63.5Hz连续可调。胜利油田现场运行测试结果表明,该装置可以使三相交流异步电动机功率因数提高至0.98,综合节电率达到26.58%,有良好的节能效果。
A variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) control device for beam-pumping unit was developed. It is based on high-power switch IGBT and its input is three-phase AC 380 V,the core of its control circuit is the PWM control IC SA866AE. The SPWM is adopted in the device, its maximum output power is 55 kW, and its frequency of output voltage can be varied continuously at the range of 0~63.5 Hz. The operation and test results of the devices in Shengli oilfield show that the power factor of AC asynchronous motor is up to 0. 98 and its energy-saving result of total efficiency achieve 26.58 % ,exhibites a good effect on energy saving.
