摘要
针对发动机连杆小端孔口倒角加工的技术难题,在分析传统机械加工方法缺陷的基础上,提出了利用砂带磨削技术进行连杆小端孔口倒角加工的新方法,详细介绍了该砂带磨床的结构设计,最后经试验证明了该砂带磨床的实用性。
The shortage of the conventional machining method of chamfering engine wrist-pin holes was described based on analyzing the technique difficulties, a reasonable new method of chamfering engine wrist-pin holes by the abrasive belt grinding technology was put forward, the structure of the abrasive belt grinding machine was introduced and the practicability of the abrasive belt grinding machine was proved by experiments.
