摘要
围绕脉冲MAG焊过程控制内容,对电弧稳定性控制和熔滴过渡测控两方面的研究进行了分析。在电弧稳定性控制方面,对Synergic控制法,弧长闭环控制法,综合控制法,模糊控制技术等进行了介绍与评价;在熔滴过渡测控制方面,介绍了峰值期间电能量恒定控制法、弧光通量检测等控制方法,总结出包含熔滴信息信号的检测技术是熔滴过渡有效控制的关键技术之一。
The reviews on electric arc control and metal transfer control technique in the pulsed MAG welding are given in this paper.In part of electric arc control,methods of synergic control,synthesized closed loop control,fuzzy control metal transfer control are introduced and evaluated.In part of metal transfer detection control,methods of peak value course electric energy invariableness control,arc flux detection and so on are introduced and evaluated,it is summarized that detection technique of signal of metal transfer information is one of key control techniques of metal transfer.
