摘要
研制开发了一种自动高速贴标机,贴标机的贴标工艺机构运动通过步进电机和气缸来实现。控制系统由上位机、可编程控制器PLC、传感器和条码打印机组成,位置伺服系统采用定位控制器来实现,用上位机来管理打印信息。该设备可解决人工贴标效率低、易出错等问题,在企业中得到良好的应用。
A kind of high speed labeling machine was developed and manufactured, the labeling technological mechanism movement was fulfilled by step motor and cylinder, control system was composed of upper level machine, programmable logic controller（PLC）, sensor and bar code printer, position servo system adopted positioning control to realize the target and upper level machine was used to manage print information. The equipment can solve low efficiency and easy to make errors by manual labeling, it will be well applied in enterprises.
