摘要
以指数分布为基础,证明了在产品寿命服从指数分布下,可靠性试验的试验时间确实存在等效关系。以产品寿命服从Weibull分布为例,说明了为什么在一些情况下,利用试验时间等效的原理进行的试验并没有得到理想的结果。对假设参数选取Weibull分布下,试验时间等效的差异进行了计算,并举出了一个实例来说明这种差异的大小。最后,根据不同产品的特点和试验目的,给出了一些建议。
In this paper, the equivalence of reliability test time under the exponential distribution of product lifetime has been proved. Furthermore, with the product lifetim following Weibull distribution as an example, the reason why some tests based on the test time equivalence principle do not lead to ideal results is given. The difference of time equivalence of Weibull distribution with assumptive parameters is calculated, and the magnitude of the difference is illustrated with an example. Finally, some suggestions are offered based on the characteristics of products and the intentions of tests.
