摘要
详述了现场总线控制系统的发展背景、特点及目前状况,并在研究现场总线控制网络以及以太网络技术及其通信协议的基础上,针对以太网与现场总线控制网络集成存在的现场控制层总线供电、控制层要求控制以协议简单、数据传输抗干扰等问题,给出了解决方案,具体实现的实质就是以太网与现场总线的通信,并通过实际应用验证了给出方法的可行性。
The background, characteristics, performance, framework and direction of Field Bus Control System and Ethernet are all presented. In view of the existing problems in the field of Ethernet and Field Bus Control System, several integrations to Field Bus and Ethernet and settlements had been presented. The communication with Ethernet and Field Bus is implemented lastly. The feasibility of the given method is verified at practice.
