摘要
介绍了花瓶凸模的高速铣削加工中工艺规划,包括走刀路线的规划,铣削加工方式的选定,相关铣削参数的确定,表面品质的估计计算。使用Catia软件对整个加工过程进行仿真,为加工做好前期准备,检查加工中可能发生的问题,生成数控机床需要的NC代码。最后,在DMG 60T数控加工中心完成加工,验证了仿真结果。
This paper mainly introduces the process of using High Speed Milling(HSM) in vase model surface manufacture, including the tool paths, the milling methods, the cutting parameters and the quality of the finishing milling. To use Catia to simulate the whole milling process can make preparation for the manufacture, find out the interference problems and generate the NC codes. Finally, the vase surface is produced in DMG 60T milling center, and the simulation's result is confirmed.
