摘要
企业人力资本价值整合,是在不增加人才引进投资和培训投入的前提下,以较快的速度使各层次人力资本通过有效组合,创造出更大的价值增值过程。高科技企业人力资本的异质性是价值整合的基础,组织经济性是价值整合的引力。高科技企业人力资本价值整合的中心是基于不同层次人力资本价值的转化与互动,人力资本价值整合需要从个体人力资本层面、团队人力资本层面和组织人力资本层面进行推进。推动高科技企业人力资本价值的整合,需要从营造知识共享环境、构建学习型组织和推进全面人力资本价值管理三个方面协同进行。
Human capital value integration is the process to create greater value increment through effective combination of different human capital units, including individual human capital, team human capital and organizational human capital, and the process don't need to improve the investment in training and attracting cost of the enterprise. The heterogeneity of human capital is the foundation and the organizational economics is the gravitation of human capital value integration in high-tech enterprises. The core of human capital value integration is the transferring and interaction among different units of human capital value. The process of integration is passed through individual human capital, team human capital and organizational human capital. There are three approaches to integrate human capital value, one is to create knowledge-sharing environment, the second is to build learning organization, and the third is to implement the comprehensive human capital value management.
