应用神经导航系统手术治疗脑深部病变 被引量:7

摘要 目的介绍临床应用神经导航系统手术治疗脑深部病变的体会。方法应用德国BrainLAB公司VV2型神经导航系统手术切除脑深部病变70例,对神经导系统的应用价值进行分析。结果本组70例病人全部在导航指引下完成手术,注册精度为(1.3±0.4)mm。病变全切除56例,次全切除10例,大部切除4例。术后所有病人一般状况得到改善。结论神经导航系统定位准确,术中结合CT、MR扫描实现实时监测,指引手术,提高了脑深部及重要功能区病变的手术疗效,减少了并发症的发生。
